Main elements of a vision system
The elements of a vision system are as specific as the needs of the market. Considering this, we can establish a generic classification of the 4 main blocks of an machine vision system.
The correct choice of each of the elements that will make up our machine vision system will be key to success!
Embedded Systems
Products and compact solutions in machine vision.
They integrate all the necessary elements of a vision system and are designed to meet a specific market need.
Specific technologies
In machine vision, the selection and successful use of technology to meet our needs is key to success! We work with all the existing technologies on the market and those available, carrying out R&D&I work to determine the viability of your system.
PRODUCT selection always oriented to SOLUTION.

3D Vision
3D vision consisting of the acquisition of a cloud of points or other three-dimensional data by means of image capture and machine vision processing.
The information of a "new dimension" is acquired through multiple cameras or external lighting elements.
Data acquisition systems using Fringe projection, laser profilometry, flight time or stereo vision will be the most suitable according to the object or scene to be analysed.

Thermography
Thermographic imaging equipment uses special sensors that capture long wave infrared electromagnetic radiation (LWIR).
The construction of the image from the radiometric information in this band of the spectrum provides us with extremely useful information for the extraction of characteristics (Thermal Image) or the measurement of temperature without contact (Thermography).

Photometry
The inspection of defects on highly glossy surfaces such as scratches or knocks is made possible by the acquisition and analysis technology by photometry.
It also allows to separate the texture characteristics, such as oils or oxidation, from the surface characteristics, with a perfect homogeneity in the image before any change of position of the piece to be inspected.

Non-contact measurement
Extraction of characteristics and measurement of elements such as Length, Distance or Color are possible using these systems.
Equipment that is able to perform contactless data acquisition, in an automated way and replacing and improving the current processes.
Even Electronic Nose odour measurement systems!
Visualization and processing
The essential devices to carry out any turnkey machine vision project!
Industrial PCs are industrial controllers capable of controlling a large number of cameras or acquisition devices as well as running powerful algorithms in record time.
They are the brain where all the computing power of complex applications resides where cycle time in processing makes the difference!
Accessories
Your work is important, enjoy the job well done and make it last!
Accessories for a mechanical or electrical interconnection to the main elements of the system, allow a functional, complete and robust interconnection of the system, complying with the most demanding standards.

Framegrabbers
Image acquisition cards where all the components have been optimized thinking about the maximum performance when composing the digital image and downloading from this task to the PC. Eliminate transmission latency and data loss through the implementation of specific protocols for image communication in machine vision, such as USB3 Vison, GigE Vision, CameraLink or CoaXPress.

Chassis
Mechanical encapsulating elements for the toughest working environments requiring the highest degree of IP protection.
Designed to enable 24/7/365 operation in extreme temperature environments, suspended dust or even underwater!

Cabling
For any image capture application, the selection of the communication interface as well as its wiring is crucial to ensure 100% data transfer under extreme conditions. Robotic wiring, low resistance or high working temperature index is usually a MUST for the proper functioning of the application.
