Smart Cameras

Intelligence comes standard!

Smart cameras are considered embedded systems when integrating all the modules (or several) necessary for the installation of a dedicated vision system.

Programmable Cameras

They integrate all the hardware required for a stand-alone machine vision application. Unlike programmable smart cameras, they do not include a graphical flow-chart configuration environment.

They also integrate powerful development libraries in languages such as C+++ or C#, or integration with advanced libraries such as MVTec Halcon or Matrox MIL.
Its cost is lower than configurable smart cameras and an ideal solution for serialization of the solution.

If (!GUI) then cost --; !!

Configurable cameras

These cameras, in addition to integrating all the necessary hardware for a stand-alone vision application, incorporate easy-to-use and easy-to-understand graphical environment software (GUI) with basic documentation or training.

Vision Sensors

The little brother of the configurable cameras.

They offer a configuration wizard for specific tasks, such as measurement or pattern location.

Its power is limited to the task at hand, and it is therefore a low cost solution for those applications that are not as demanding.

Multi-camera systems

One processor to control them all!

A compact system, dedicated to machine vision tasks, and with interconnection to multiple acquisition devices and technologies. 1, 2, 3... Or 200 cameras!

Fast configuration and commissioning via GUI graphic environment software, with flow-chart block configuration.

Multi-camera machine vision applications developed in record time!

HMI operating software

A graphical and intuitive operating environment, adapted to the needs of the application.

It allows reference management, configuration of detection levels, adjustment of image capture, cycle control or communication with the machine, among others.

Surfshaper is the result of 20 years of experience in machine vision together with the latest findings in algorithms and hardware.

Code readers

1D and 2D

These laser and machine vision equipment have a single mission: the reading of 1D and 2D codes under any condition and at maximum speed.

● Reading of DPM (Direct Part Marking) codes marked with laser or micro-puncture.

● Reading of GS1 Datamatrix codes and comparison with database according to new pharmaceutical standards.

● Ultraviolet code reading, using integrable readers or wireless manual readers.

CIS (Contact Image Sensors)

More and more resolution without distortion!

The contact image sensors are optimal for the linear acquisition of large surfaces, covering a scan up to 3 meters in length.

The advantages they offer over a linear camera system are:

● Image transfer to the sensor without optical distortion.

● Integrated, uniform illumination over the entire scan length. It is not necessary to align the camera with the lighting.

● No need to calibrate multiple images from multiple acquisition cameras.

These systems are used in applications such as print inspection or defect analysis of continuous materials.
